These individuals believe that living this alternative lifestyle is simpler than living in a media driven, materialistic society that most of the general public are part of.
It will be a personal journey for each one of them to see if they can understand the reasons behind their lifestyle choice and cope with their ways of living. How will they cope for 10 days outside their comfort zone?

SYNOPSIS:As four young women brought up in middle-class surroundings, with limited views on both religion and spirituality, we have decided to expose ourselves to those with stronger ‘alternative’ beliefs. Coming from various parts of the country we experienced different upbringings but many of the same views and opinions. Once at University, our minds broadened and we became aware of the cocoons that we’d been brought up in. “Beyond Belief” is a documentary that follows us on our travels as we visit, visiting various spiritual festivals, parades and celebrations in order to test our willingness and openness to embrace those different to ourselves.

SYNOPSIS: Eating disorders are responsible for more loss of life than any other type of psychological illness. 'In the past ten years the amount of children with eating disorders has increased by one third.
"In 2006, the NHS treated 58 children under the age of 10 for eating disorders, 35 of which, were male. And the amount of females under the age of 18 that were admitted to hospitals due to eating disorders in 2006, was the highest it had ever been in the past 10 years.
This is only a minortiy of people who are suffering, a large amount of people who are affected by eating disorders will suffer in silence for years as they do not know where, or simply do not want to be helped.
We will be looking in to the lengths some people have gone to, to lose weight, and how an eating disorder can effect you long term.
We will show how these illnesses can escalates and how they filtrates every part of your life.
Any thoughts that anorexia is a glamourous thing to have will be dispelled."
